Reset My Password

If you have forgotten your Ohio SACWIS password, you can reset it from the application by completing the following steps:

1. Open Ohio SACWIS. The main Login screen appears.

2. Type your user name in the User Name field.

3. Select the check box next to Reset my password.

4. Click the Log In button. The screen displays an alert message saying that your password has been reset and sent to your email account.

5. Close Ohio SACWIS.

6. From your email account, open the message from the Ohio SACWIS system administrator. This message contains your new password.

7. Open Ohio SACWIS and log in using the new password.

When you log in, make sure that the Reset my password check box is not selected.
