The Ohio SACWIS application is updated periodically to modify the way information is processed. To accomplish this, a new "build" of the application is implemented. The version number of the current build appears in the far right of the footer:
The Ohio SACWIS project documents each change made to the application from the previous build and posts release notes on the Ohio SACWIS Knowledge Base.
You can easily view the dates of updated builds and read the release notes as follows:
Click on the version number link which appears in the footer of any Ohio SACWIS screen. The Ohio SACWIS Knowledge Base screen appears. It lists the release title and date of each build.
Click the Release Notes title link to view specific details next to the specific date. This action displays a link to an Excel spreadsheet document describing the updates made to the application and defects resolved. This file can be viewed or saved.
Close or minimize the browser window to return to Ohio SACWIS.
