Ohio SACWIS is used to maintain a worker's training plan and the progress toward the goals outlined in the plan. The plan consists of one or more competency areas, tracking skills in Core, Specialized, Related, ODJFS, and Agency-Specific areas. One or more courses comprise a competency area. The plan is developed by your supervisor or a training administrator.
View your training history as follows:
From the Home screen, click the Administration tab.
Click the Training tab.
Click the Plans link on the left. The Employee Search Criteria screen appears.
Enter search criteria in the fields. The more fields entered, the narrow the search.
Click Search. The Employee Search Results table appears.
You can only view or modify the workers' plans that report to you.
Click Select next to the appropriate name. The Training Plan History screen appears. This lists a history of past training plans that have been created.
Click the or Record link to view the history of courses.
Click the Edit link for the selected plan. The Training Plan Details screen appears.
To close the Training Plan Details screen, click the Cancel button, and then OK.
To view course completion information, click the Completion link on the Training Plan History screen. The Course Completion screen appears.
To close the Course Completion screen, click the Cancel button, and then OK. The Training Plan History screen appears.
