Print an Intake or Disposition Document

A number of documents may be printed from the Intake List screen, for example, an assessment checklist, a mandated reporter letter, or JFS 01441.

Print an intake document from the case as follows:

  1. From the Home screen, click the Case tab.

  2. Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.

  3. Click the Case ID Number link for the case for which you want to print the intake document. The Case Overview screen appears.

  4. Click Intake List in the navigation bar on the left.

  5. Click the Reports link next to the intake record. The Available Documents screen appears.

  6. In the Generate Document field, select the report or other document you want to print.

  7. Click Select. The Document Details screen appears.

  8. Click Generate Report for a new document, or click the ID Number link of an existing document. The document appears in a PDF.

  9. To print the report, select File, then Print in your browser menu.

  10. To save this document to the history in Ohio SACWIS, click the Save button in the lower-left area of the screen. Or click Cancel if you do not wish to save the document.

    If you opened an existing document file, close the browser window to return to the previous screen.
