View Intake and Screening Field Guides

While completing the intake report, you may need to reference intake and screening field guides and reference practice application information. You can access the links to these from the Scripts and Templates screen, and selecting the Policy References link.

Reference intake and screening field guides as follows:

1. From the Intake Workspace, in the header above the Intake Narrative field, select the Scripts and Templates link.

2. The Select Template Options screen appears.

3. To the right of the Template Options drop down field, select the Policy References link.

4. The Policy References and Field Guides appears.

5. At the bottom of the screen, select the Field Guide name link.

6. A separate window, or tab will open taking you to the associated field guide.
