View Intake and Screening Policy References

While completing the intake report, you may need to reference intake and screening policies, and field guides. You can access these from the Scripts and Templates screen, and selecting the Policy References link.

Reference intake and screening policy as follows:

1. From the Intake Workspace, in the header above the Intake Narrative field, select the Scripts and Templates link.

2. The Select Template Options screen appears.

3. To the right of the Template Options drop down field, select the Policy References link.

4. The Policy References and Field Guides appears.

5. To reference a specific policy, select the Policy number link next to the name.

6. A separate window, or tab will open to display the associated Ohio Administrative Code policy.
