A medical profile includes information about a child's health care providers, medications, immunizations, medical history, treatments, and so on.
Medical information is captured for all children placed in a substitute care setting and in the legal custody of the PCSA. As an option, it may also be recorded for non-custody children. Some of the medical information entered is used to generate the ODJFS 1443, Child's Education and Health Information Report. This information is designated by a symbol located next to the field.
Only workers assigned to the case or resource with which the person is associated may update a medical profile.
