Print a District Notice

To print a district notice report, complete the following steps:

 

  1. Navigate to the child's Case Overview screen. See View a case record.

  2. Click the Forms/Notices link in the navigation bar on the left. The Maintain Forms/Notices screen appears.

  3. In the Forms/Notice field, choose District Notice Report from the drop-down list.

  4. Click the Select button. The Document Details screen appears.

  5. Click the Generate Report button. The District Notice Report screen appears.

  6. In the Case Participant field, choose the appropriate name from the drop-down list.

  7. Complete the remaining fields on the parameter screen, as needed.

  8. Click the Generate Report button. The document appears in a PDF file.

  9. To print the report, select File, and then Print in your browser menu.

  10. To save the report to the report history in Ohio SACWIS, click the Save button in the lower-left corner of the screen.

  11. If you opened an existing document record, close the browser window to return to the previous screen.
