Record Alien Sponsor Information on a Person Record

If the person has an alien sponsor, that information is added to the person record on the Resources tab of their financial profile, (Employment link).

Record alien sponsor information on a person record as follows:

  1. Conduct a Person Search. The Person Overview screen appears.

  2. Select the Employment link from the left hand navigation. The Employment History screen appears.

  3. Click on the Resources tab. The Resource History screen appears.

  4. In the Alien Sponsor History area, click the Add Alien Sponsor Information button. The Alien Sponsor Information screen appears.

  5. Complete the fields on the screen. You must complete three of these four fields to save the record:

Sponsor Name OR Sponsor Organization
Begin Date
Sponsor Assistance

  1. Click Save. You are returned to the Resource History screen. The sponsor information populates in the Alien Sponsor History area.

  2. Click Close. You are returned to the Person Overview screen.

  3. Click Close. You are returned to the Person Search Criteria screen.
