A waiver request record may be deleted if an ODJFS response is still pending. A waiver record may not be deleted if a response has already been recorded.
Record a waiver or variance request as follows:
From the Home screen, click the Provider tab.
Click the Workload tab. The Workload screen appears.
Click the Select link next to the ID of the provider whose recommendation you want to record. The Provider Overview screen appears.
Click the Waiver link in the navigation bar on the left. The Maintain Waiver Requests screen appears. It lists a history of this provider's waiver records.
Click the Delete link for the record you want to delete. The system displays a dialog box asking you to confirm the deletion.
Click OK. The request record is deleted.
