Delete a Training Session Record

If a training session was entered in error, you can delete the training session record if it is in "Draft" status.

Delete a training session record as follows:

  1. From the Home screen, click the Provider tab.

  2. Click the Training tab. The Training Session Search Criteria search screen appears.

  3. Complete the From Session Date field and any other search criteria for the training session(s) you want to view.

    The quickest way to locate a single training session is to enter its ID number in the Session ID field. Otherwise, you can display training sessions held within a certain date range, within a certain status, with a certain name, or sponsored by a certain agency.

  4. Click Search. The training sessions that meet your criteria appear in the search results table.

  5. Click the Delete link for the session you want to delete. The system displays a dialog box asking you to confirm the action.

  6. Click OK. The training session record is deleted.
