Print a Notice of Approval

The Maintain Approval/Certification Recommendations screen allows you to print these documents from the report link:

Print one of these documents as follows:

  1. From the Home screen, click the Provider tab.

  2. Click the Workload tab. The Workload screen appears.

  3. Click the Select link for the provider whose recommendation you want to record. The Provider Overview screen appears.

  4. Click the Approval/Certification link in the navigation bar on the left. The Maintain Approval/Certification Recommendations screen appears. It lists the transaction records associated with the provider's approval or certification.

  5. Click the Report link. The Available Documents screen appears.

  6. Select the document you want to print from the Generate Document drop down.

  7. Click Select. The Document History screen appears.

  8. Click Generate Report.

  9. The document appears in PDF format.

  10. Print the document.

  11. Click the Save button in the lower-left part of the screen to save this document to the document history. Or click Cancel if you do not want to save it.
