Print a Provider Training Session Report

You can print a summary of a training session and information about the participants who attended the session. Print the details of a provider training session as follows:

  1. From the Home screen, click the Provider tab.

  2. Click the Training tab. The Training Session Search Criteria search screen appears.

  3. Complete the From Session Date field and any other search criteria for the training session(s) you want to view.

    The quickest way to locate a single training session is to enter its ID number in the Session ID field. Otherwise, you can display training sessions held within a certain date range, within a certain status, with a certain name, or sponsored by a certain agency.

  4. Click Search. The training sessions that meet your criteria appear in the Training Session Results table.

  5. Click the Report link for the session you want to print. The Document Details screen appears. It displays each time this document was generated and saved to the Ohio SACWIS database.

  6. To print an existing document, click the ID link. The document appears in a PDF. Go to step 7.

    For a new document, click Generate Report. The training session report appears in a PDF.

  7. To print the report, select File, then Print in your browser menu.

  8. To save the report to the report history in Ohio SACWIS, click the Save button in the lower-left area of the screen. Or click Cancel if you do not want to save the report.

    If you opened an existing document file, close the browser window to return to the previous screen.
