Transfer a provider to another agency as follows:
From the Home screen, click the Provider tab.
Click the Workload tab. The Workload screen appears.
Click the Select link next to the ID of the provider whose recommendation you want to record. The Provider Overview screen appears.
Click the Approval/Certification link in the navigation bar on the left. The Maintain Approval/Certification Recommendation screen appears.
Click the Edit link to complete an existing recommendation record or click Add Recommendation to record a new recommendation. The system defaults to the Transactions tab; the Maintain Transaction screen appears.
Complete at least these fields:
Agency Contact Person
Provider Type
Recommendation Date
Select Transfer in the Transaction field.
In the Receiving Agency field, select the agency to which you are transferring the provider.
In the Receiving Agency Contact Person field, enter the name of the provider's contact at the new agency.
Click Save.
