Unlink an Inquiry From a Provider Record

In an inquiry, a provider or applicant contacts the agency about becoming a home provider. An inquiry record may be linked to an existing provider record.

If an inquiry was linked in error, you can remove the link, as follows:

  1. From the Home screen, click the Provider tab.

  2. Click the Workload tab. The Workload screen appears.

  3. Click the Select link for the provider whose record you want to update. The Provider Overview screen appears.

  4. Click the Linked Inquiries link in the navigation bar on the left. The Linked Inquiries List screen appears.

  5. Click the Unlink link for the inquiry record you want to remove from this provider record. The system displays a dialog box asking you to confirm the action.

  6. Click OK. The inquiry link is removed.

    This does not remove the inquiry record, just the association with this provider record. The inquiry record appears in the Assignment screen in the Inquiry area. That screen lists inquiries that are ready to be linked to a provider record.
