View Rule Violations and Complaints

Ohio SACWIS allows you to keep track of the incidents when a provider violates an agency or ODJFS rule or when a complaint is filed against the provider.

View these rule violations and complaints as follows:

1. From the Home screen, click the Provider tab.

2. Click the Workload tab. The Workload screen appears.

3. Click the Select link for the provider whose record you want to view. The Provider Overview screen appears.

4. Click the Rule Violations link in the navigation bar on the left. The Maintain Rule Violation Incidents screen appears. It lists each incident that has been recorded.

5. Click the Edit or View link for the incident you want to view. The system defaults to the Rule Violation tab; the Rule Violation Details screen appears.

6. Click the Complaint Information tab. The Incident Details screen appears displaying the details of a complaint that prompted the investigation.  

7. Click the Summary tab. The Summary Details screen appears displaying the narrative comments summarizing the investigation into the rule violation.

8. Click the Outcome tab. The Outcome Details screen appears displaying the results of the investigation, including any grievances the provider filed.

9. Click Close to return to the Maintain Rule Violation Incidents screen.
