Record Additional Family Information

Process: Record a pre-finalization assessment

The pre-finalization assessment includes general descriptions of other household members, family life, and the home. The system draws these descriptions from the most recent home study on the provider record. You can then review and edit these descriptions for the pre-finalization assessment.

Record additional family information as follows:

1. From the Pre-Finalization Report Details screen, click the Maintain Additional Family Information link. The Additional Family Information screen appears.

2. Enter detailed descriptions in the narrative fields for each of the topics listed.

3. If you description is complete, select the Comments Completed check box. (Otherwise, leave this check box unchecked.)

4. Click Save. You are returned to the Pre-Finalization Report Details screen.

5. Click Next Task below to continue.
