Select a Safety Assessment for a Safety Plan

Process: Record a safety plan

When you complete the safety plan, you can select any available safety assessments for the safety plan. The safety assessment is completed in response to any reports that require safety needs to be assessed throughout the life of the case. Safety assessments are required for all intra-familial CA/N reports.

To select available safety assessments for a safety plan, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Safety plans filter criteria screen, click the Add Safety Plan button. The Available Safety Assessments screen appears. It lists the available safety assessments.

  2. Click the Select link for the safety assessment you want to add. The Maintain Safety Plan Participants screen appears.

  3. Click Next Task below to continue.
