Record Safety Plan Participants

Process: Record a safety plan

The safety plan participants are added to identify the case members who are responsible for specific activities on the safety plan to ensure that the children are safe.

To record the safety plan participants, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Maintain Safety Plan Participants screen, click the Add Child Participant button. The Available Safety Plan Participants screen appears, which lists all case participants.

  2. Select the check box next to each child who is a participant in this safety plan.

  3. Click the Save button. You are returned to the Safety Plan Participants screen.

  4. Click Add Adult Participant. The Available Safety Plan Participants screen appears, which lists all case participants.

  5. Select the check box next to each adult who is a participant in this safety plan.

  6. Click Save. You are returned to the Maintain Safety Plan Participants screen.

  7. Click the Apply button to the save the information.

  8. Click Next Task below to continue.
