Process Record a Reunification Assessment

The Readiness tab in the reunification assessment record is used for assessing reunification readiness. You will enter detailed narrative to answer a list of questions for each participant selected on the identifying information tab.  You will access each question through an Edit link next to the participants name that is pertinent to each question.

From the Assessing Reunification Readiness screen; record the readiness assessment as follows:

1. Click the Edit link next to the question in the Assessing Reunification Readiness section. The Narrative Details screen appears.

2. Enter a detailed Narrative in the text box to support your answer.  Click the Next Question button above the Narrative Details section to move directly to the next question.  

3. Click the OK button. You are returned to the Assessing Reunification Readiness screen.

4. Repeat Steps 2-4 for the remaining Assessing Reunification Readiness questions.  

5. Click Apply to save the information entered on this screen, and stay in the reunification assessment record.

6. Click Next Task below to continue to follow steps on the Decision tab.
