Validate Route and Approve a Reunification Assessment

Once the reunification assessment is completed, you can route the record for review and approval.

Process   Record a Reunification Assessment

From the Decision tab; validate the reunification assessment as follows:

1. Click on the Validate for Approval button.

2. If applicable, select the validation link next to each message to resolve the validation message.

3. Once each issue is resolved, select the Decision tab.

4. Click on the Validate for Approval button.

5. When the Location column reads, "No errors found" the record can be routed through the approval process.

Complete the approval process as follows:

6. From the Decision tab, select the Process Approval button.

7. Click in the Action field to select the appropriate action.

8. Enter optional Comments in the field provided.

9. Click in the Reviewers/Approvers field and select the person's name.

10. Click Save. You are returned to the Reunification Assessment(s) screen.
