Submit a Safety Assessment for Approval

Process: Record a safety assessment

When the safety assessment is complete, submit it to your supervisor for approval by completing the following steps:

  1. Click the Safety  Response tab on the Safety Assessment record. The Section 6: Safety Response screen appears.

  2. Click the Process for Approval button. The system checks that all required information has been entered. If any information is missing, SACWIS will list the specific topics in the validation screen.

  3. If there is missing information, complete that information, then click the Process for Approval button again.

  4. Upon approval, the safety assessment is sent to your supervisor's workload.
