Submit an Ongoing Assessment for Approval

Process: Record an ongoing case assessment/investigation

Once the ongoing A/I is complete, you can submit it for approval, as follows:

  1. From the Case Analysis tab, click the Process Approval button. The system checks that all required information has been entered. If any information is missing, it will list the specific topics in the validation screen.

  2. If there is missing information, complete that information.

  3. Click Process Approval again. This approval request is sent to your supervisor's workload.
