If a service record was recorded in error, you can delete the record if it is in "Needed" or "Planned" status.
You cannot delete a service record when:
The service record is attached to an approved work item (family assessment, case plan, case review, ongoing assessment, and so on).
The service record is in "Provided" status. In that situation, you must End-Date the Service.
The service record is attached to a person who has been deactivated from the case.
If you assigned a service to a group of case participants, you must delete the service for each participant separately. Or you can delete the service from selected participants to correct the list of participants receiving the service.
Delete a service record as follows:
From the Home screen, click the Case tab.
Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.
Click the ID Number link of the case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.
Click the Case Services link in the navigation bar on the left. The Case Services Filter Criteria screen appears.
Click the Delete link to the right in the Case Services table for the service record you want to delete. The system displays a dialog box asking you to confirm the deletion.
Click OK. You are returned to the Case Services Filter Criteria screen, and the service record is deleted and removed from the case services table.
If the service was assigned to a group of case participants, repeat steps 5 - 6 for each participant receiving the service to delete it.
