Record strengths and update AR family service plan

Process: Record or edit an AR family service plan

An AR family service plan should be completed within 30 days of an AR pathway switch.

Record strengths in an AR family service plan as follows:

1. From the AR Family Service Plan Filter Criteria screen; click Edit next to the service plan you want to add/edit concerns. The Identifying Information screen appears.

2. Select the Strengths link. The Strengths screen appears.

3. Answer the questions to complete each of the Narrative fields.  

4. Click Close. You are returned to the Identifying Information screen.

5. Click Update Plan. The Reasons to Update Plan screen appears.

6. Enter the Date for the update.

7. Complete the specific reason this plan in the Narrative field for why the plan is being updated.

8. Click Save. You are returned to the Identifying Information screen.

9. Click next step below.
