Process: Record a Case plan
A case plan may be completed and approved when Required Information has been entered on the plan.
Submit a case plan to your supervisor for approval as follows:
From the Case Plan Topics screen, click Validate for Approval. The system checks that all required information has been entered. If any information is missing, it will list the specific topics in the validation screen.
If there is missing information, complete that information, then click Process for Approval. Select Action. Once Approved-Final has been selected; click Save. You are returned to Case Plan Topics screen.
Click Next Task below to continue.
