Process: Record a Case Plan
The case plan record must contain certain information before it can be approved, more than the information required to save the record to the database. If you validate the plan, you can be assured that all fields are completed prior to submitting for supervisor approval. You can validate the case plan at any time during its completion.
Validate a case plan as follows:
From the Case Plan Topics screen, click Validate for Approval. The system checks that all information required for approval has been entered. It displays a dialog box listing any missing information.
Click OK to close the dialog box.
Update any records that are necessary.
Click Next Task below to continue.
