View a Case Plan History

A case plan history displays the initial case plan record and any amended case plans that were created from it. (See About case plans.)

View a case plan history as follows:

  1. From the Home screen, click the Case tab.

  2. Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.

  3. Click the ID Number link of the case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.

  4. Click the Case Plan link in the menu on the left. The Case Plan Filter Criteria screen appears. The table lists each case plan that has been recorded on this case.

  5. Click the History link for the case plan whose history you want to view. The Case Plan History screen appears. It lists the original case plan and each amended case plan created from it.

  6. Click the View link for a case plan to view the complete case plan record. (See View a case plan.) The Case Plan Topics screen appears.

  7. Click the Court/Signature Details link to view the court details and signature information. Click Cancel to return to the Case Plan Topics screen.

  8. Click Close. You are returned to the Case Plan Filter Criteria screen.
