This screen allows you to view, add, or update the details of a competency. Competencies are used to develop the training courses that support workers' training plans. State training administrators may update or inactivate ODJFS competencies, while agency training administrators may update or inactivate the competencies that apply to their own agencies.
You can update the number, competency area, description, status (active/inactive), and comments fields of an existing competency area. Any changes to competency areas do not affect the competency areas that were previously selected for an worker's training plan.
