Business process details screen

This screen allows you, as the State security administrator, to update the security profile of the business process you selected on the Business Process screen. In Ohio SACWIS, security profiles are used to define the type of access allowed within a business process. It consists of one or more system resources, like web pages (screens), reports, and hyperlinks as well as employee access levels.

New business processes are added to Ohio SACWIS by the State development team. This team is also responsible for defining security profiles and associating them to business processes.

Fields on this screen

Name	Enter the name of the business process. You can enter up to 60 characters.
Description	Enter a detailed description of the business process. You can enter up to 200 characters.
Status	Select the status (active or inactive) of the business process. The status of the business process is information only. Changing business process status does not alter the appearance or behavior of Ohio SACWIS.
Security Profiles	Security Profiles are securities that can be grouped together to create user groups. Agencies are able to create their own user group and add various security profiles to them.
Resources	Security profiles are created from groupings of resources. Resources are hard coded into security profiles and can not be edited through the application.
Access Levels (check boxes)	Indicate whether workers of public and private agencies will have read/update or read-only access to the functions of this business process.
