The system displays the date on which this unit record was last updated. You cannot edit this field.

The system displays the user ID of the last worker to save changes to this unit record. You cannot edit this field.

Unit Name

Enter a name for this unit. This name should be unique within the agency. You can enter up to 50 characters. This field is required.

Description

Describe the unit. You can enter up to 200 characters. This field is required.
