This is the agency name of the unit. You cannot edit this field.

Unit Name

This is the name of the unit being edited. You cannot edit this field on this screen.

Supervisor Name

This is the supervisor selected on the employee search screen when adding a supervisor or a unit. You cannot edit this field.

County

This is the county of the unit. You cannot edit this field.

Modified Date

The system displays the date on which this unit record was last updated. You cannot edit this field.

Modified By

The system displays the user ID of the last worker to save changes to this unit record. You cannot edit this field.

Start Date

Enter the date on which the supervisor was assigned to this unit. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY. This field is required.

End Date

Enter the date on which the supervisor ceased being assigned to this unit. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY. You can end-date a supervisor only when this supervisor's workers have been reassigned to another unit or supervisor. You cannot enter a date in the future.
