Agency

Select the agency in which the employee works. The agency you select here drives the selections in the following fields. This field is required.

Unit

Select the unit in which the employee works. This drop-down displays the units within the agency you selected in the previous field. This field is required.

Supervisor

Select the employee's supervisor. This drop-down displays the supervisors within the unit you selected in the previous field. The system displays the person's name and ID. This field is required.

Employee

Select the employee whose ticklers you want to view. The system displays the person's name and ID. This field is required.

Select

Select the check box next to the tickler(s) you want to dispose.
