Hearing segment details screen

This screen allows you to view, add, or update the details of hearing segment. A single hearing, for example, a permanent custody hearing, may span more than one day. The details of each day are entered as a "segment." A hearing record must include at least one hearing segment record. Your court calendar reflects the hearing segments.

Date of Hearing	Enter the date the hearing took place. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY. This field is required.
Time of Hearing	Enter the time the hearing was held. Use the format HH:MM. Be sure to select either AM or PM. This field is required.
Narrative	Describe the hearing. You can enter up to 3,000 characters.
Agency Representative	Click Person Search to find the record of the worker who represented the agency at the hearing.
Available Case Participants	Select the case participants who attended the hearing, then click Add>>. You can select more than one participant. You must select at least one participant.
Others in Attendance	Describe or enter the names of any others who attended the hearing. You can enter up to 200 characters.
Hearing Segment has been Created in Error	Select this check box if this hearing segment was created in error and you want to invalidate it. (You cannot delete a hearing record.)
