Placement requests

Child Name

To view placement requests for a specific child, select the child's name.

The system displays children who have been documented in a placement request record and who have an associated legal status (child or agency).

Status

To view placement requests of a specific status, select the status.

From Request Date

To view placement requests made within a certain date range, enter the beginning date of the range. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY.

To Request Date

To view placement requests made within a certain date range, enter the ending date of the range. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY.

Sort Results By

Select the method by which you want the system to display the search results.

Child Name

If you are adding a new placement request, select the child who the request is for, then click Add Placement Request.
