Child selection for pre-adoptive staffing

This screen allows you to select the child for whom you are establishing a pre-adoptive staffing conference and record the date of the initial meeting.

A pre-adoptive staffing record must be completed for each child in the adoption case. Each child has only one initial pre-adoptive staffing record, and any number of subsequent updates. Updates are based on reviews completed within 60 days after a matching conference.

Child Name	Select the child for whom you are establishing an initial pre-adoptive staffing conference. This drop-down list displays the child(ren) who have been added to this adoptive case and for whom a pre-adoptive staffing record has not already been created. This field is required.
Date of Initial Pre-Adoptive Staffing	Enter the date on which the initial pre-adoptive staff meeting is scheduled to be held. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY. This field is required.
