Match conference participant details

This screen allows you to select the person who is invited to the matching conference. The Person Search button allows you to locate the person in the system or create a new profile. If the person is in the system, the system fills in the person's agency information, if any.

Participant Name	This field displays the name you selected from the person search.
Role	Select this person's purpose in the matching conference.
Agency/ Organization Affiliation	The field displays the agency information from the person's profile. If the system does not have this information, enter the agency or other organization this person represents.
