Family response details screen

This screen allows you to record the dates on which the adoption was presented to the adoptive family and the family's response.

Date of Presentation to Family	Enter the date on which the adoption was presented to the adoptive family. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY.
Family Response Deadline Date	Enter the date by which the family is due to respond to the agency concerning this adoption. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY.
Family Response	Select the family's response to the adoption.
Date of Response	Enter the date on which the family submitted its response to the agency. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY.
