Service review details (AR family service review)

This screen allows you to review the case member's name and the service the case member is receiving on the current alternative response AR family service plan. Reflected on this screen are concerns, or risk contributors identified in the AR family service plan. Each concern in AR family service plan must be linked to at least one service record.
