Standardized cost details

This screen allows you, as a county services administrator, to enter or update current and historic standardized cost information associated with a service. The default cost for a service is used to compute service payments amounts, unless an agreement with the provider establishes a separate standard of compensation.

You can edit only a current or future-dated service cost record. The system alerts you when you enter a cost record that is an adjustment to an existing cost record and sends a notification to the services administrator. The Add Cost Factor button allows you to create a new cost record, including the add-on amount and other parameters. This button is disabled for unpaid services.
