This screen allows you, as a State IV-E administrator, to view statewide provider reimbursement ceilings for services groups/categories. These ceilings are used to compute the reimbursements made to private substitute care and other private providers. The system displays ceiling records in the order in which they appear on the JFS 02911 form.
For active cost records, the service status is "Open." The service status is ”Obsolete” when an obsolete date is entered on the standardized cost record for the service.
