Agency repayment plan details

Repayment Amount

Enter the amount the agency will repay. This field is required.  This figure cannot be changed once a payment has been made.

Repayment Maximum per Month

Enter the maximum amount the agency may repay each month. This field is required. The system subtracts this amount from the disbursement the State gives the counties each month.

Repayment Start Date

Enter the date on which the agency will begin making repayments. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY. This field is required. This date cannot be changed once a payment has been made.

Repayment End Date

This field is display only. The system calculates this figure by dividing the current balance by the repayment maximum per month to determine the number of months to pay off. Then it adds this number to the repayment start date or current date, whichever is greater.
