This screen allows you to indicate which service the family is requesting under a Post-Adoption Special Services Subsidy. You also enter the requested and approved cost amounts for the service selected. The cost ceiling is the total amount of the approved cost that can be reimbursed based on the 5% co-pay. The reimbursed amount is the actual cost as payment is made.
