Record PASSS Services

Process: Record a Post Adoption Special Services Subsidy

Record the PASSS Services as follows:

  1. From the PASSS Application screen, click the Services tab.

  2. Select the service selected, check the box in the column if there is an insurance deductible.

  3. Enter the amount of the Requested Cost

  4. Enter the amount of the Approved Cost

  5. Enter Comments. Comments are required when Other services are selected.

  6. Click Save. The PASSS Application screen appears.

  7. In the Approval of Services section, select Committee Recommendation.

  8. Enter committee recommendation date.

  9. Select Executive Director Decision.

  10. If this is a denial; select the Denial Reason.

  11. Add comments. Enter date.

  12. Click Save. The PASSS Program screen appears. The services appear in the Service Summary table.
