You do not have to link an intake to a safety assessment. If you do, that intake will no longer display for selection on the safety assessment record. Please note that only one safety assessment may have the status of "In Progress," "Pending Approval," or "Completed" at any time for a given intake. One case may have multiple safety assessments in various statuses, as long as each assessment is linked to a different intake record. (See About assessment/investigations.)
