Session Name

Instructor Name

Enter the name of the person who has or will instruct this training session. .  //SME: Field length?//

Session Date

Enter the date on which the session was held or is scheduled to be held. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY. This field is required.

Delivery Method

Select the method by which the session was or will be held. This field is required.

Agency

Select the agency that is documenting this session.

Session Start Time

Enter the time this session was or is scheduled to begin. Use the format HH:MM. This field is required.

Session End Time

Enter the time this session was or is scheduled to end. Use the format HH:MM. This field is required.

Actual Hours

Enter the number of hours it took to present this session. This field is required.

Maximum Participants

Enter the maximum number of participants who may attend this session. This field is required.

Available Topics

Select each competency that is addressed by this training session, then click Add>>. You can select more than one.

Selected Topics

This field displays the competencies that were selected for this training session. To remove a competency from this list, select it, then click <<Remove.

Status

Select the status of this training session record. You can edit a training session in "Draft" status.
