Gender

Minimum Age

Select the youngest age the provider is willing to accept. This field is required.

Maximum Age

Select the oldest age the provider is willing to accept.

Provider is Willing to Accept

This list indicates that the provider is willing to accept a child with any of these characteristics. Select the characteristics the provider is not willing to accept, then click Add>>.

Provider is Unwilling to Accept

This list displays the characteristics the provider is not willing to accept. To remove a characteristic from this list and indicate that the provider is in fact willing to accept a child with the characteristic, select it, then click <<Remove.

Exclude Rejections by Provider/Agency

Select this check box if you do not want the system to display children the provider or agency has rejected in previous searches.

Sort Results By

Select the method by which you want the system to display the search results.
