Legal actions are now child-based in SACWIS. The system maintains a history of all legal actions, legal status changes, and delinquency court details for each participant in the case. These histories are included in the participant's person profile (see View a Person Profile), but may also be viewed from the Legal Actions link on the Case Overview screen. (See About Court Information.)
To view legal actions from the person profile, complete the following steps:
Click the SACWIS History link on the right side of the screen, above the row of tabs. The SACWIS History screen appears.
Click the + Legal Custody Episode & Status History link. The legal custody episode and status history information table appears.
Click the + Child Legal Status History link. The Legal Status History table appears.
Click Close. You are returned to the Person Profile link.
Click Cancel. You are returned to the Person Search tab.
