Record a Post-Adoption Special Services Subsidy

When you receive an application for Post-Adoption Special Services Subsidy (PASSS), you use Ohio SACWIS to record the application and subsidy, and whether the subsidy was approved or denied. With a PASSS, the agency reimburses the family for approved expenses up to a maximum amount within the State fiscal year. The State, in turn, reimburses the agency.

Record a PASSS as follows:

1. Record a request for PASSS.

2. Record PASSS services and expenses.
