Record Deprivation/PWE Information

Process: Determine eligibility for IV-E FCM

The Removal Information screen allows you to capture information related to eligibility requirements 7 to 9, the first of which record information about the principal wage earner (PWE) and whether the child meets the deprivation requirement for IV-E eligibility. If this does not apply, click Next Task below.

Record deprivation/PWE information as follows:

1. From the Eligibility Details screen, click the View Requirements 7 to 9 link. The Requirements 7 to 9 screen appears.

2. Click the Deprivation/PWE link to display Deprivation/PWE Information area.

3. Complete the fields in this area.

4. Click Apply to apply the information.

5. Click the Deprivation/PWE link if you want to close this area.

6. Click Next Task below to continue.
